Rock County government belongs to you and I would be honored to serve as your elected supervisor. I am fully invested in Rock County as a long-time resident. I have a BBA in Accounting and have worked in private business in the building products industry for 34 years. I will bring to the board my extensive financial, budgeting, and management experience along with common-sense solutions to provide sound policy to the complicated issues that the county is currently facing.
I am married with five grown children and grandpa to two grandchildren.
WHY I AM RUNNING FOR COUNTY BOARD...
First and foremost, for the love of my community but also for wanting the best for my family and yours. I have recently witnessed friends and neighbors leave Rock County due to high taxes from increased spending. These tax increases, on top of inflation of basics such as, food, heat, medical and other living expenses from the last few years that are not declining are making it untenable for many residents, particularly young families and those on fixed incomes. It also makes it difficult to attract and retain young talent to sustain the county's economic growth.
It is important to leave our county in a better place for future generations.
I have listened to your concerns. Rock County government belongs to you, and I would be honored to serve you as your elected supervisor. I am proud to have the endorsement of our former District 22 Supervisor, Karla Herrmann.
If we do not vote for a change, we will see another two years of more of the same business as usual. This has resulted in continual tax increases, increases in spending during high inflationary times, increasing debt costs, and supporting policies that will have an adverse impact to county employees and essential services.
